Data set on Riga municipal customers’ applications. The data can be used to analyse trends and produce reports on which topics addressed by clients in institutions, what means of communication are used.
Aggregated data fields:
ID — record identifier
direction — direction (Incoming/Outgoing)
channel — channel (Classic, E-mail, Portal)
topicgroup — topic group
topic — topic
clienttype — client type (anonymous, physical pers., jur.pers.)
date — record date
count — number of records
