Building suitability for a centralised or decentralised heat supply system
Description
The entire residential building stock was considered without taking into account the non-residential buildings in the state of Berlin. The residential building stock was differentiated according to its potential suitability for a centralised or decentralised heat supply system in two scenarios: in the original state and assuming a state of modernisation in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance of 2014. By default, only the suitability in the original state is displayed.
