Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): This INSPIRE SL dataset contains regional spatial data on protected areas within the meaning of the INSPIRE Annex I topic “Protected Areas”. The data shows the delimitations of different protected area categories from federal and state laws. The object metadata contains all the details of the “simple profile” from the data specification for “INSPIRE Protected Sites”. The data show the boundaries of the protected areas for the Saarland. Special features: This data set contains data protection area categories transformed into the INSPIRE data model “Protected Areas” according to nature protection law (nature reserves, nature reserves, landscape reserves, biosphere reserves, natural monuments, protected landscape components, natural forest cells, protected areas of flora-fauna habitat (FFH), bird sanctuaries (SPA) — Directive and protected area categories according to the Monument Protection Act (Baudenkmale, excavation protection areas, soil denkmale) — The link(s) for downloading the data sets is generated dynamically from getFeature Requests to a WFS 1.1.0
