Exemptions from the plan-m.e.r. obligation
Description
OPL file code, 2009-present. Only files for which a decision was taken on the exemption from the plan-EIA obligation before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. If it concerns an exemption from the plan-m.e.r. obligation for an RUP and if that RUP is included in DSI, the relevant (maximum) contour was included for the exemption. If this link was not found or if the RUP was never completed and is therefore not in DSI, the municipal boundaries of the municipalities in the planned area were used as a (too broad) demarcation for the exemption. If it concerns an exemption from the plan-m.e.r. obligation for another type of plan, with an entire municipality, province or entire Flanders as the plan area, then the plan area of the plan in question was used as a contour for the exemption.
