Charente-Maritime: potentially available land in already urbanised areas of the municipalities
Description
State of play of land availability in the already urbanised areas of the communes of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, established on the basis of land files (2018 version).
Three types of potentially mutable land:
— lot 1: availability in unbuilt land units,
— lot 2: within built land units, availability allowing, by land division, to create a “constructible” space after subtracting the building and its living space:plot background, BIMBY, etc.
— lot 3: definition of constructible spaces by aggregation of residual spaces from Lots 1 and 2.
