GZR data on undeclared work 2014 — decisions on fines pursuant to § 404 SGB III — Legal persons — Business sectors
Description
With the overview GZR data on undeclared work in 2014, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the sub-registries on natural persons and legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons entered in the commercial central register in accordance with § 404 Third Book of Social Code (SGB III). The registrations are differentiated by industry.
