Description

Health Canada has notified AquaBounty Canada Inc. that it has no objection to the food use of AquAdvantage salmon (AAS). The Department conducted a comprehensive assessment of this fish according to the Codex Alimentarius Guideline for the Conduct of Food Safety Assessment of Foods Derived from Recombinant-DNA Animals.
