Legally Binding Monument Area Statutes Aachen
Description
The data set "Bodendenkmäler Aachen" covers all ground monuments of the city of Aachen in geographical form and without personal reference. In most cases, these are archaeological monuments. The 45 data records are available in an SQL database and provide the monument number and a common designation as factual information. The data maintenance is implemented with the help of the software ProDenkmal (PROSOZ Herten GmbH). The data is published under an Open Data license (CC BY-ND 4.0). In the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, there is a legal publication obligation for the land monuments in accordance with the provisions of the INSPIRE Directive and the Geodata Access Act of North Rhine-Westphalia. The data fall under the topic of "protected areas" from Annex I of the INSPIRE Directive.
