Strategic Environmental Assessment for a second Nuclear Power Plant in Borssele (NL)
Description
The current government of the Netherlands included a section on nuclear energy in its government agreement (under the motto “Freedom and Responsibility”): “To reduce CO2 emissions and energy dependence, more nuclear energy is necessary. Licensing applications to build one or more nuclear power plants that satisfy the requirements will be granted.” (NL-GOV 2011)
