Description

The development plan Blankenese 48 for the area of application between Ingwersens Weg, Blankeneser Hauptstraße, Flashoffs Treppe, Baurs Weg, Strandtreppe and Elbstrand (District Altona, district 223) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Flashoffs Staircase - via parcel 438 (Beckers Staircase), northern and eastern boundaries of parcels 2219 and 445, northern boundary of parcel 2272 (Hoher Weg), western, northern and eastern boundary of parcel 447, northern boundary of parcel 448, western and northern boundary of parcel 453, via parcel 453, northern boundary of parcel 459, western and northern boundary of parcel 460, northern boundary of parcel 461, northern and eastern boundary of parcel 462, via parcel 2272 (Hoher Weg), eastern boundary of parcel 467, via parcel 474 (Blankenes Main Road), via parcel 1796, eastern and southern boundary of parcel 1796, via parcel 644 (Baurs Weg) - Baurs Weg - southern and western boundary of parcel 1870, via parcel 562 (beach stairs) - beach stairs - via parcel 77 (beach path), 2461 and 2435, southern boundary of parcel 2435 - via parcel 2435, western boundary of parcel 1568, via parcel 77 (beach path) of the Blankenese - Am Hang - Ingwersens Weg - Grube (package 523) - Blankeneser Hauptstraße - Op'n Kamp.
