Description
WMS service for protected areas in the Tinto, Odiel and Piedras river basin district: River Nature Reserves. The definition of river nature reserve in the Hydrological Planning Regulation implies that these protection figures must have a very good ecological status. Ecological status is defined as the combination of biological, physicochemical and hydromorphological status. Water bodies that present a preliminary assessment of their ecological status as very good, with little or no human intervention, have been preliminarily proposed as river nature reserves.
