Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Neue Ortsmitte Achstetten” of the municipality of Achstetten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The present development plan creates the conditions for the settlement of a nursing home in the area of the central location of Achstetten.
