Description
In the context of the creation of WISE, the Water Information System Europe, the WISE Main River was defined by definition: Rivers with a catchment area greater than 500 km². As part of the data specifications for INSPIRE Zhema Hydrography, this definition has been adopted. This water network is shown here for Germany.
