Phase II plan for South Ostrobothnia

Description

South Ostrobothnia’s II phase county plan deals with trade, traffic and city centre operations. The phased provincial plan updated the entries and regulations concerning traffic and logistics in the regional plan 2005 for South Ostrobothnia, as well as trade and the areas of central operations. The phased regional plan takes into account both the revised regulations and developments in the county so that the regional plan can guide and promote the development of the county in an appropriate manner. Since its entry into force (11.8.2016), the Stage Region Plan II has been amended as regards the labelling of trade and centre operations due to amendments to the Land Use and Building Act concerning retail trade. The plan amendment entered into force on 21 April 2020. The phase county plan II has repealed the entries in the total provincial plan for South Ostrobothnia. The scale of the formula is 1:250 000 and the data is suitable for general analysis.
