Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Egart” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A general residential area is defined as the type of building use. 2 full floors, a GRZ of 0.4, a roof slope of 25-30 degrees and saddle roofs are permitted.
