Description Service of the Protected Areas under the Law on Nature Conservation and Landscape Development (§26) — This dataset contains the following categories of protected areas: Nature Reserve, Protected Landscape Area, Protected Landscape Area, Plant Protection Area, Calm Zone, Biosphere Park, Nature Park, Buffer Zone European Protected Area and Local Protected Area. The protection objectives as well as the conditions and prohibitions of individual protected areas can be found in the Federal Legal Information (RIS).
