Development Plan Sinstorf 6 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Sinstorf 6 Development Plan Act of 2 March 1970 (HmbGVBl. 106), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 502), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Regulation amending the Law on the Sinstorf 6 development plan Law added. 2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added: "3. The following applies to the area shown in hatched form in the annex: 3.1 On the areas designated "A" and "D" in the Annex (halls 1452 and 123 of the Sinstorf district), the designated road traffic areas as well as the determinations "building plots for public use" including their purpose, the determination of the dimensions of the structural uses (land area number 0.4 and floor area number 0.5), the number of full floors and the construction limits are abolished. In addition, on the area designated by "A" (lot 1452), the determination of "general residential area" including the determination of the size of the building uses (base area 0.4 and floor area 0.4), the determination of the open construction method - only single and double houses permitted, the number of full floors and the building limits are abolished. On the south-western part of parcel 529 of the Sinstorf district, designated "¿C" in the annex, the definition of "road traffic area" is repealed. 3.2 The area marked "A" shall be defined as "area for forest". Auf der mit "B" bezeichneten Fläche wird ¿Reines Wohngebiet", ein Vollgeschoss, als Höchstmaß sowie eine Grundfläche von 90 m , als Höchstmaß festgesetzt. 3.4 "General residential area" shall be determined on the area designated by "C". 3.5 On the area designated by "D", "pure residential area", a full storey as maximum size, in open construction, only single houses are permitted, with a base area of 0.1 and a floor area of 0.2, each set as maximum size. For the designation of the buildable area, construction boundaries are set at a distance of 18 m from the northern, 5 m from the eastern, 20 m from the southern and 11 m from the western boundary of parcel 123 of the Sinstorf district. 3.6 The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.'
