Register of radio-electronic devices and radiation devices prohibited for use and import into the territory of Ukraine
Description
1. The name of the REF or RC (products, which or in the supply kit includes REFs or SP);
2. Product code according to UKTZED (for products of foreign origin) (if any);
3. Information on the characteristics and description of features (appointment, functions) of products for prohibition in accordance with paragraph 5 of Section IV of the Procedure for import from abroad and sale in Ukraine of radio-electronic means and radiation devices approved by the NCCIR decision, dated 13.02.2018 Ü 78;
4. Information about the origin and/or supply chains of the relevant products in Ukraine (including the postal address or the address of the online store) (if available);
5. Additional information that allows you to identify the specified products (if, for example, radio frequency bandwidths, description of technology, technical parameters, similar types, photos or graphic images, identification, labeling, etc.);
6. Reference required information.
