Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Behind the Eich (1.1 Amendment)” of the municipality Schallbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Lifting of the building boundary and roof inclination for garages in the industrial area.
