Description
One of the pathways fixed in the eastern part (1st amendment) is now unnecessary, since the
Area is used by only one farm and access directly from the Gockenholzer Weg
can be done.
In addition, in coordination with Erdgas Münster GmbH and RWE Dea, the company in Gockenholzer
Gas pipeline running along the way and the protection areas fixed at 2.50 m on both sides.
In this respect, the area of protection laid down in the final development plan no. 22 with the 1st amendment may be
reduced in favour of convertible land.
These aspects necessitate the 3 rd amendment to the development plan.
