WFS — Immission-based demarcation of areas (base of nitrate-polluted areas)
Description
The derivation of nitrate contaminated areas (formerly: Nitrate areas) pursuant to SächsDüReVO on the basis of § 13a(1) of the DüV from 01.01.2021 were made by a distinction between emission and immission approach. This data set represents the emission-based demarcation of the areas according to § 6 AVV GEA and is based on the regionalisation of the nitrate support values of 496 groundwater measuring stations.
