Groundwater subsidence area of lignite mining
Description
iel (see glossary) in the regional plan, which identifies the areas affected by a large-scale groundwater reduction currently in place. The objective places particular demands on land use and management, in particular on requirements for the protection of structural installations in the event of a future rise in groundwater and on the way in which agricultural or forestry use is carried out with regard to necessary irrigation measures and erosion protection.
