Areas that benefited from an operation: * by prefectural decree (until 2005) — land reorganisation — consolidation — forest land development — agricultural and forestry land development -development of uncultivated or manifestly under-exploited land * by decision of the President of the General Council (from 2006) — agricultural and forestry land development — exchange and amicable disposal of rural buildings — development of uncultivated land; A distinction will be made between (i) ongoing and completed operations (ii) the so-called “Article 10” operations carried out pursuant to Articles L123-24 to L123-26 of the Rural Code.
