JHS 171 Development of ICT services: Identification of development targets
Description
This Recommendation describes the method for identifying development targets when developing ICT services. This recommendation is part of the ICT services development series. The recommendation steers preparations for a preliminary study project for an operational development project or information system procurement. As a step, the recommendation takes place after a description of the enterprise architecture, which describes the entire operation of the organisation, the information and systems used in the operations, as well as the technologies and development as a whole. This recommendation deals with the identification of areas for development of a specific part or parts of an organisation. (18.8.2011)
