Description
The service is a compilation of topics from the construction sector for the district Heinsberg. It provides access to land management plans (building plans, land use plans, project and development plans as well as other articles of association under the Building Code) from the municipalities of Heinsberg County, which have provided their data as ‘OpenData’. The service also includes the land use plan of the district government of Cologne as well as the on-board benchmark zones of the district Heinsberg. The land use plan represents the existing and desired land use for the future. The development plan further specifies the way of use based on parceled plots. The soil benchmark is an annual average land value per square metre calculated from purchase prices for an area with substantially the same value-determining characteristics.
