On the Nühr 1st Amendment

Description

In the course of the development of the plan area, it had become apparent that the approved development plan lays the superstructureable areas with different depths of use. Since this determination leads to unintended disadvantages vis-à-vis individual property owners, the municipal council had decided to make a general change of the convertible land to 16.00 m depth, as far as the provisions of the Land Building Regulations permit and economic development of the land is possible.
