Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kapellenberg” of the city of Triberg from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Most of the construction area has been designated as a “pure residential area”. Some construction intentions in gaps or on built plots, as well as the need to complete the development, made at least partial overplanning n.
