Digital Model of Land MNT LIDAR 2017 and OrthoExpress 2017 on the Aquitaine coast
Description
A 1 m Digital Terrain Model was developed by the IGN from a LiDAR survey launched in autumn 2017 as part of a partnership between BRGM and IGN for the Observatoire de la Côte Aquitaine; the aim is to monitor the evolution of the Aquitaine coastline. This survey was coupled with aerial shots for the development of a 10 cm resolution orthophotograph. The MNT is cut into 737 square slabs of 1 km side. Overall, the right-of-way corresponds to a minimum band of 400 m on either side of the coastline established by the Aquitaine Coast Observatory.
