Sub-layer (view) of the entrances of certain establishments classified for the protection of the environment of Auvergne Rhône Alpes, regulated by services other than DREAL (ASN, DDPP, etc.), in operation or under construction and already authorised for an ICPE, in particular: establishments subject to the authorisation or registration regime, establishments with industrial risks or water, air or ied_mtd, soil or stakes, establishments with aero-refrigeration towers (TARs) posing a risk of legionellosis
