Description
The local law is intended to ensure a uniform design of the advertising systems and sun protection systems (awnings) in Bürgermeister-Smidt-Straße in the district south of Lloydstraße, in Fährstraße, in Karlsburg Straße and on Theodor-Heuss-Platz, adapted to the existing architectural design of the facilities in the pedestrian zone (inner city). To this end, the statutes contain a detailed description of the size, type and location of the permitted installation of advertising and sun protection systems.
