Description
The Planning Act: Paragraph 11a(3): "the municipal retail structure, including the demarcation of city centres, district centres, community centres, areas for particularly bulky goods and any relief areas, as well as the determination of the maximum gross floor area for shop purposes for each area and the maximum gross floor area for individual shops in each area, including for individual shops.
