German base map 1: 5000 (DGK5)
Description
In DGK5, the buildings are accurately mapped into the plots shown. The traffic path and water situation is shown in great detail. This also applies to agricultural land, forest areas and uncultivated areas.
The map sheets with elevation display show contour lines that indicate differences in altitude of a few meters and are supplemented by numerous elevation points.
With some exceptions, the monochrome DGK5 sheets from the last edition from 1994 to 2006 have been published. However, most of the leaves date from 1995 to 2005.
The 12764 Lower Saxony sheets of the DGK5 are divided into 10730 floor plan sheets with and 2034 without elevation.
