Description
Soil 1:1 000 000 represents the soil as geological strata classified by type of origin. The layer classes describe the discoveries of the bedrock, the soil deposits and formations of different types of soil. The minimum size of the soil pattern is usually 1 km². The figure shows the most common type of stratification in the area. In some places, significant deposits of less than square kilometres have been taken into account in terms of soil. The narrowest point in the figure was 0.5 km and in important cases, for example, ridges 0.3 km. As an exception, the size of small ridges is exaggerated.
