As part of the exchange of information on best available techniques
pursuant to Article 16(2) of Directive 96/61/EC on integrated prevention; and
Pollution abatement became the ‘BAT for Mineral’ document.
Oil and Gas Refineries’ (‘BREF Refineries’) completed and completed in February 2003
Adopted by the European Commission.
