Description
As a distribution network operator, according to § 9 of the Low Voltage Connection Ordinance (NAV), we are entitled to have us reimbursed by our connectors the costs necessary in the case of economic operation for the establishment of the house connection or the changes to the house connection required by a change or extension of its system or for other reasons. The costs can be calculated on a flat-rate basis. According to § 11 NAV, we are also entitled to charge our connectors a reasonable construction cost subsidy to partially cover the costs necessary in the case of economic operation for the creation or reinforcement of distribution systems.
