Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Deißlesberg - Amendment 2002/10’ of the municipality of Neufra from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Statutes amending the statutes of the municipality of Neufra on the local building regulations for the Deißlesberg development plan of 07.05.2002 in the simplified procedure according to §13 BauGB of 22.10.2002.
