Highway network management

Description

The dataset contains data on the management of Italian motorway sections. Much of the data is published in the 2014 motorway sector report published in November 2015 while expenditure arrives in September 2015 (http://www.mit.gov.it/communication/publications/2014-monitoring-concessions-motorway report ) The dataset consists of: 1. Highway Managers - Granting Authorities (Management Company, Km in operation, Management Report in place, Granting Authority); 2. Highway sections - under concession (Name of road section, Management Company, Km in operation, Km under management, State of management, Type of management, Granting Authority); 3. List of concessionaire companies (concessionaire companies, Abbreviations, Group to which they belong, Managed routes); 4. Concessionary companies - concessionary relationship (Concessionary company, Status update agreements, Date of expiry of the regulatory period, Term update PEF (economic financial plan), Group to which it belongs, Km in operation, No. of routes under management, type of agreement, Description of the concession relationship, Date of stipulation - Single act, Date of stipulation - Additional act, Date of expiration concession, Granting entity); 5. Concessionaire companies - Expenditure and tariffs (Concessionaire companies, effective date of the agreement relationship, Expiry of the concession, Expenditure from 1/10/2013 to 30/9/2014 (euro), Expenditure from 1/10/2014 to 30/9/2015 (euro), Total final expenditure (euro), Investment expenditure from PEF year 2014 (euro), Recognised tariff 2016). The expenditure item refers to investments incurred and attributable to return on capital - not corresponding to the total value of investment expenditure.
