Planning zones Canton of Schaffhausen
Description
The planning zone (Article 27 RPG) refers to an area in which plans of use must be adopted or modified. The planning zone is issued by an authority and is effective immediately upon its adoption. In an area designated as a planning zone, nothing should be done that would prejudge the (future) utilisation planning.
