Description
The Niedersächsische Landesbetrieb für Wasserwirtschaft, Küsten- und Naturschutz (NLWKN) has designated a floodplain (ÜSG) for the Schunter in the city of Braunschweig. The SPA covers the areas along the Schunter, which are statistically flooded once in a hundred years. The current survey results and special features in the location were taken into account.
