Hydrological Plan of the Hydrographic Demarcation of the Andalusian Mediterranean Basins. Cycle 2009-2015
Description
The River Basin Management Plan for the Andalusian Mediterranean Basins was initially approved by the Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía on 2 November 2011 and subsequently by the Council of Ministers on 14 September 2012 (BOE 15 September 2012).
By means of the attached vector information, it is intended to show the most significant aspects of the Hydrological Plan of the Andalusian Mediterranean Basins RBD. It includes the final documents of the Hydrological Plan (Memory, Annexes, Regulations, Environmental Sustainability Report and Environmental Memory), as well as complementary documents of the Plan (Addendum: Work needed to improve knowledge and protection against pollution and deterioration of the status of groundwater bodies. River basin district of the Andalusian Mediterranean basins). The Plan was drawn up between 2008 and 2011 by the Directorate-General for Planning and Management of the Public Hydraulic Domain of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Environment.
We are facing a cyclical planning process of 6 years, so it should be noted that the Plan shows a "fixed photo" corresponding to the 2009-2015 planning cycle.
Currently the Plan in force is that of the 2022-2027 cycle approved by Royal Decree 689/2023 of 18 July.
