Amendment of the development plan no. 12 “local point” of the municipality of Lachendorf
Description
The municipality of Lachendorf intends to strengthen the town centre as a retail location with the 3 rd amendment to the development plan no. 12 “local point”.
The main investor will be ALDI, which plans to relocate its location and significantly increase the sales area of its market.
Negotiations with a private investor may create further sales space for goods of daily and periodic needs.
In addition, the possibility of creating office space for service providers and inner-city housing should be kept open.
In addition to the planned buildings, the construction of a parking space in the town center is planned.
