WFS service of the development plan “Spitalstraße/Thumbstraße — Change” of the town of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Due to the development plan “Spitalstraße/Thumbstraße, 2nd Amendment”, legally binding since 07.04.2005, the Traufhöhe was changed in Mi 1 to TH 6,5-10,5. With regard to the admissibility or licensing of retail or entertainment venues, a strategic development plan may need to be observed or reference is made to the currently valid retail concept or the currently valid amusement site concept of the city of Weingarten.
