The Bergstedt 23 development plan for the area of application on both sides of the Immenhorstweg, north of Saselbek, east of the Bergstedter Chaussee road, south of the Fischkamp dirt road, west of Hamraakoppel and west of the Birkenweg road (Wallsbek district, district 524) is established.
The area is delimited as follows:
Bergstedter Chaussee - northern boundaries of parcels 519 and 532, over parcels 2597, 3560 (old: 2643) and 2194 (Bredeneschredder), eastern boundary of parcel 2194, northern boundary of parcel 3562 (old: 1584), 3563 (old: 2175) and 2176, northern and eastern boundaries of parcels 3569 (old: 2880) and 2882, via parcel 2170 (Immenhorstweg), southern boundary of parcel 2170 (Immenhorstweg) of the Bergstedt district - Birkenweg - via parcels 3216 and 602 (Saselbek), southern boundary of parcel 602 of the Bergstedt district - southern boundary of parcel 323 of the Sasel district.
