GrünGürtel (WFS) Frankfurt am Main
Description
The basis for the demarcation is the GrünGürtel constitution, adopted by the city council of Frankfurt in November 1991. The Green Belt Constitution contains four points:
I. Green Belt Charter
II. Public-law protection of the Frankfurter GrünGürtel
III. Area plan
IV. Green Belt Plan (Inventory and Development)
Since 1991, the GrünGürtel has been expanded at various points and withdrawn or concretized at other points. These changes are included in the demarcation. Future changes are not taken into account.
