Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the ‘Wohnen am Park’ development plan of the city of Bad Rappenau from XPlanung 5.0. Description: VEP § 12 BauGB.
