Brownfield Land Register - all brownfield sites in Leicester which have been assessed as appropriate for residential development. This includes sites with extant full planning permission, outline planning permission and permission in principle as well as sites without planning permission.
The data provided is formatted in accordance with Regulation 18(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017.
