The Ministry of Equality between Women and Men has just published a new brochure designed to raise awareness of gender equality among young people aged 12 to 20 on a daily basis.

We are equal addresses on 7 pages the main areas of action of equality policy. Thus, she explains the difference between equality of law and de facto equality, before focusing on the deconstruction of stereotypes that, from an early age and often unconsciously, influence our perceptions and expectations of girls and boys. Prejudices that hinder us, for example, at school, in vocational training or in employment, are often disseminated in marketing and the media.
We are equal invites young people to think critically about these prejudices and not to turn a blind eye when they observe sexist discrimination.
