British Geological Survey (BGS) Sampling Survey 1975/Sealab: Western English Channel & Scilly; North Sea
Description
This sampling survey was a trial with the MV Wimpey Sealab to drill in water depths greater than the depth in which the Whitethorn could operate. Five boreholes were drilled before a contract was awarded for further boreholes in North Sea.
