Budget of the State and Municipality of Bremen 2012/2013
Description
For the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, on the basis of the current financial plan, camera budgets and establishment plans are drawn up separately by state and municipality of Bremen. In addition, a single performance-related product group budget and a single product group post plan are presented. While the camera household is a kind of “account plan” for the administration, the product group budget establishes binding financial, human resources and performance targets based on tasks. The Cameral Establishment Plans indicate the number of posts and the structure of the posts of each department, while the product group posts indicate the volume of posts and the allocations of the product groups.The town of Bremerhaven draws up its own budget, which is decided by the City Council.The cameral budgetary data of the Land and the Municipality of Bremen will be made available with the information provided by the so-called Dispositive (but without budgetary notes/explanations) for the financial year 2012 and 2013.The estimated commitment appropriations for the financial years 2012 and 2013 will also be reported.
