Description
The compressed (zipped) folder contains the R code to produce an example graph that combines, or breeds together, systematic peak streamflow values from the USGS peak-values files against NOAA precipitation and Palmer Drought Severity indices by the year and month of the peaks.. The zipped file also contains the R workspace, example input files, and a README file.
